Hi, Welcome to My Home Page. I am Nitanshu Chauhan, an Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Electronics Engineering at the National Institute of Technology, Uttarakhand (NITUK) since 2015. I did my undergraduate from Jamia Millia Islamia University New Delhi, and graduate and doctoral work at the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IITR). My work primarily involves the analysis, modeling, and design of semiconductor devices. Device Circuit co-design for novel semiconductor devices, and in-memory computation. I have published high Impact SCI index Journals and Conferences.
