Dr. Sarita Yadav did her PhD in the broad area of Microelectronics and VLSI from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India under the supervision of Prof Anand Bulusu. She has a Postgraduate degree in Microelectronics and VLSI specialization from Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee and an Undergraduate degree in Electronics and Communication discipline from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. Her Current research interests are Device-Circuit Codesign for novel device architectures, 3D Interconnects, and variability aware low voltage design.
