Optical Materials The synthesis of nanomaterials are useful in different types of light emitting devices such as lamps, LED, OLED FED (field emission display) and also for bio-medical applications. Characterized of these materials using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), Auger electron spectroscopy (AES), atomic force microscopy (AFM), TG-DTA, photoluminescent spectroscopy (PL), cathodoluminescent spectroscopy (CL) and thermoluminescent spectroscopy (TL).
