Faculty Bio

As an Assistant Professor in the Civil Engineering department at NIT Uttarakhand, I specialize in Earthquake Engineering, Structural Design, and the Finite Element Method. My journey led me to complete my Ph.D. at MNIT Jaipur in 2019, and I’ve been an active part of NIT Uttarakhand since July 2014.

Teaching and Research:

I am passionate about teaching and mentoring students. If you’re interested in research, I actively seek research students to collaborate on exciting projects. My research contributions span various journals and conferences, with a focus on structural engineering and earthquake resilience.

Consultancy Services:

As an academic with significant experience in proof-checking structural designs of buildings and bridges, I offer consultancy services tailored to ensure structural integrity and safety. Whether you need thorough scrutiny of plans for compliance or expert validation of design soundness, I'm here to assist. Feel free to reach out via email at [email protected] or call me directly at 9945670734.

Additionally, I am a nominated auditor by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) for compliance audits of fly ash disposal at power plants. Over the past financial year, I have successfully completed audits for eight different power plants. As per Gazette notification, it's mandatory for every power plant to undergo a compliance audit for fly ash disposal by the end of November each year. If your power plant requires such an audit to ensure adherence to regulations and environmental standards, please feel free to reach out.

Let’s connect and explore new horizons together! 🌟
