DR. NIRAJ KUMAR MISHRA

Dr. Niraj Kumar Mishra has completed his Ph.D. from IIT Guwahati in 2015. He joined National Institute of Technology, Uttarakhand in June, 2016 as an Assistant Professor. His area of research is thermal and fluids. His research interest includes heat transfer enhancement through nanofluids, CFD, energy, and biomass. He has supervised four Ph.D. and five M.Tech scholars. Presently, three Ph.D. scholars are enrolled under his supervision. Dr. Niraj Kumar Mishra has published more than 50 research articles in International journals, conferences and book chapters. He has also published five Indian patents, out of which one patent is granted. Presently, he is handling two sponsored project of worth 47 Lakhs. He had also served many administrative responsibilities at NIT Uttarakhand since his joining. Presently, he is Associate Dean PG (Academics) at the NIT Uttarakhand.
