Dr. Mahiraj Singh Rawat received the Ph.D. Degree in Electrical Engineering from N.I.T., Kurukshetra, in 2019. He received B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from U.P.T.U., Lucknow and M.Tech in Power System from N.I.T., Hamirpur in 2007 and 2011 respectively. In 2013, he has joined the N.I.T., Uttarakhand as Assistant Professor in Department of Electrical Engineering. His teaching and research are in the field of power system stability, renewable energy integration issues in power systems, microgrid, smart grid, FACTS applications in power systems, distributed generation, application of optimization techniques in power systems. He is also the senior member of IEEE and IEEE Power and Energy Society.
